Jasmyn has built her career on one guiding principle: a commitment to helping people. Whether she’s defending immigration clients from deportation in court, guiding a Fortune 500 company through immigration matters, or assisting clients in divorce cases, Jasmyn’s advocacy is always focused on delivering results for the individuals she serves. Known for her client-centered approach and tireless work ethic, she is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes.
Over her career, Jasmyn has helped countless individuals secure employment-based and family-based visas, humanitarian visas, green cards, and U.S. citizenship. In Immigration Court, she has effectively defeated deportation for her clients, won complex dismissals, and secured grants for 42A Cancellation of Removal, asylum, and administrative closure in high-stakes cases. Her successful appeals of USCIS denials have led to case approvals that changed lives.
Jasmyn is equally dedicated to her clients in family court, representing individuals in divorce, spousal maintenance, child custody, and child support disputes. She approaches each case with compassion and the same relentless dedication.
A graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Arizona’s top law school, Jasmyn holds distinctions in Trial Advocacy and Health Law and Policy, was named a Center Scholar for Law, Science, and Innovation, and graduated with pro bono honors for her work with the wrongfully accused. She began her legal career at an AmLaw100 corporate immigration firm, where she prepared employment-based visa cases for prestigious corporate clients and continued to work with these clients as an attorney after graduation.
Outside the office, Jasmyn enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and spending quality time with friends, family, and her three beloved dogs.
